Work result
The service scope is defined by contract and may include legal analysis, document preparation, negotiations, representation and enforcement support. Tasks, deadlines and fee are agreed before work begins. No specific dispute outcome is guaranteed.
Preparing contract performance documents
A commercial dispute requires reconstructing the performance history as well as contractual terms. For each disputed obligation, identify what was to be delivered or performed, what the other party actually accepted, when comments were raised and which amounts were paid. This links claims to documents rather than a general account of the conflict.
Gather separately the documents cited by the other party. An unsigned acceptance record, one with reservations and a partial acceptance document may reflect different circumstances. Keep them with correspondence about reasons for refusal, corrections and subsequent delivery of the result.
Checking the claim calculation
- The contractual basis of each amount claimed.
- The period and starting amount used for the calculation.
- Payments, refunds, offsets and documents identifying their purpose.
- Items subject to counterclaims or objections.
- Editable calculation files together with supporting documents.
If the parties use different specification or annex versions, show them separately and state when each appeared. Likewise, link correspondence messages to a specific shipment, work stage or payment document. A quotation selected without context may not convey the agreement's meaning.
This package supports discussion of the legal position, additional evidence and further actions. Assessment of the contract, calculations and evidence precedes selection of a specific claim; debt shown in one's own table does not determine the dispute outcome.
